A&E Plumbing, Heating and Air is a locally owned home-services business founded in 1997, serving homeowners and businesses across the Columbia River Gorge and the Portland metropolitan area. The company operates from two locations, in Hood River, Oregon, and Gresham, Oregon, and covers parts of both Oregon and Washington.
Its service line spans HVAC repair and installation - covering furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps - alongside plumbing work including water heaters and drains, duct work, indoor air quality solutions, and whole-home generator installation and service, with financing available for larger generator installations. Preventive maintenance is offered on an ongoing basis, and membership plans include bi-annual maintenance, priority service, monitoring, and discounts.
The company states an emphasis on clear pricing, practical recommendations, and avoiding unnecessary upsells, and describes its work as carried out by skilled technicians with an eye toward long-term customer relationships. Technicians work across troubleshooting, repair, and installation tasks for residential and commercial customers.
