Carrington Holding Company, founded in 2003, is a holding company whose affiliated businesses provide services covering nearly all aspects of single-family residential real estate transactions in the United States. The group comprises 11 affiliate operating companies, supported by about 3,700 employees across 52 branch offices nationwide, working across real estate, mortgage lending, mortgage servicing and asset management.
Among its businesses is Vylla.com, a direct-to-consumer platform that enables consumers to buy and sell homes. Carrington Mortgage Services provides mortgage services and lending options and carries a servicing balance of $200 billion. An asset management segment operates within the Carrington family of affiliated companies. The affiliated businesses are described as working in sync with one another.
Carrington refers to its employees as Carrington Associates. The company established the Carrington Charitable Foundation to support veteran causes, and provides charitable support for the communities where its associates live and work.
