Chamberlain Group operates at the intersection of hardware and software, building connected devices and platforms for physical access. Its flagship product, myQ, connects millions of garage door openers, smart locks, and other devices, providing secure, app-controlled entry for homes and businesses. The platform also integrates with delivery services, enabling keyless package drop-offs, and extends into commercial facility management.
The company's technical work spans hardware innovation, connectivity protocols, middleware for connected devices, and the software intelligence that ties them together. With a team of more than 6,000 employees - referred to internally as ONETEAMERS - across over 60 locations worldwide, Chamberlain Group maintains engineering and product teams focused on access experiences across residential, commercial, and community settings.
The company's culture emphasizes authentic collaboration, with teams encouraged to operate with startup-like agility. Engineers ship code on a daily basis, and product teams focus closely on user experience. The organization invests in professional development and values diverse perspectives, with teams empowered to take risks and learn from iteration.
