Juro is a British legal technology company that has built an AI-native contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform, designed to change how businesses create, negotiate and manage contracts. Rather than simply accelerating existing processes, the platform automates workflows from intake and review through to negotiation and execution, embedding AI contract automation into the tools business teams use every day while keeping legal teams in control.
The company works across natural language and legal document automation, contract automation and software engineering. Its platform serves over 6,000 customers globally and has processed more than 2.5 million contracts. Named clients include Deliveroo, Trustpilot, Pfizer, WeWork and AJ Bell, spanning food delivery, review platforms, pharmaceuticals, coworking and financial services.
Juro was founded by lawyers and software engineers and employs 51–200 people across London, where it is headquartered, Riga, home to its engineering operations, and Boston, its US headquarters. The company has raised $38.5 million in venture funding from tier-one investors including Eight Roads, Union Square Ventures and Point Nine Capital, alongside founders and investors behind Twitter, Coinbase, Indeed, Wise and Gumtree. It has been recognised as one of the fastest-growing private technology companies in the UK by The Sunday Times.
