Nango is an open-source platform for building product integrations with AI. Founded in 2022 and backed by Y Combinator (W23), it provides integration infrastructure that lets developers and AI agents connect products via APIs. The Nango platform supports more than 800 APIs and works across any backend language, AI coding tool and agent SDK.
The platform handles the plumbing of integrations - OAuth flows, token refresh, rate-limit handling, pagination, webhooks and credential storage - through a code-first approach built on TypeScript functions. Enterprise capabilities include RBAC, tenant isolation, SOC2 certification and a 99.9% uptime SLA. The company reports more than 1m integrations running in production, over 150m customer code executions per month and more than 400 paying customers, with integration build times measured in hours rather than weeks.
Technical work spans API integrations, authentication flows, AI agents and agent SDKs, webhooks and developer infrastructure. The team is small and fully remote, drawn from developer infrastructure companies including AWS, GitHub, Okta, Snyk and Netlify. The culture is developer-first and open-source, with a code-first approach that gives developers full control over their integrations.
