Teikametrics builds economic infrastructure for retail marketplaces. Its AI-powered operating system unifies advertising, listing content, inventory planning and performance analytics for brands selling online, and is used by thousands of brands and agencies across Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop. The company works in technical domains including artificial intelligence, generative AI, econometrics, repricing algorithms, advertising optimization and inventory planning.
At the centre of the platform is ARI (Artificial Retail Intelligence), a proprietary, patent-pending generative AI engine described as AI hyper-tuned for retail environments. The Teikametrics Platform applies ARI across the full retail workflow, from ad optimisation to performance analytics, giving engineers and researchers a domain in which machine-learning models are applied directly to pricing, demand and media-spend decisions.
The company was founded in a Harvard dorm room by chief executive Alasdair McLean-Foreman, who had previously built a multi-million-dollar Amazon operation, and it grew out of repricing software. Teams span multiple countries, and diversity, equity and inclusion are described as the lifeblood of the organisation. Headquarters and staffing figures are not disclosed.
