Viktor builds an AI employee that operates inside Slack and Microsoft Teams workspaces. Rather than drafting suggested replies, the agent performs operational tasks across a company's software stack: invoked by @mention, it connects to more than 3,200 business tools - including Stripe, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics and Notion - and carries out work such as pulling reports, building dashboards, reconciling invoices, managing ad campaigns, screening job applicants and writing code.
The technical scope is broad. The system draws on AI agents, LLM-based automation, workflow automation and software integrations, and extends to code generation and web app generation. Outputs are delivered as finished artefacts: full web apps with logins and databases, PDFs, spreadsheets and live deployed links. The agent also runs scheduled tasks and overnight checks, and executes autonomously within boundaries set by users, asking for approval before irreversible actions. Over time it learns team preferences and formatting styles.
Viktor was founded by two former Meta engineers, Fryderyk Wiatrowski and Peter Albert. Its investors include Accel, Stewart Butterfield, the founder of Slack, and Guillermo Rauch of Vercel. The product is applied across cross-industry business operations, including finance and invoicing, sales and CRM, marketing and advertising, recruiting and HR, analytics and software development.
