Take2 AI builds autonomous AI agents for healthcare recruiting. Its platform automates the hiring process from job posting to job offer, covering sourcing, screening, credential verification, scheduling and onboarding with agents designed to carry out the work rather than merely assist recruiters. The flagship product, AI Interviewer, conducts phone interviews with candidates around the clock, evaluates and records calls, and syncs results directly into applicant tracking systems without a human in the loop. The agent is trained on healthcare-specific hiring data.
The technical work spans autonomous agent systems, natural language processing and conversational AI for live phone interviews, domain-specific machine-learning training data, ATS integrations and the automation of recruiting workflows. Applications are concentrated in the United States, serving health systems, hospitals and healthcare staffing organisations.
Take2 AI has raised $17M in total, including a $14M Series A closed in February 2026. Investors include Human Capital, Bertelsmann Healthcare Investments, Reach Capital, SemperVirens VC and Honeystone Ventures. The company was founded by Stanford GSB classmates Kaushik Narasimhan and Yaniv Shimoni. Customers include some of the largest health systems in the United States.
The focus on healthcare reflects the scale of hiring demand and churn in the sector: roughly one in three new jobs in America is in healthcare, and industry turnover often exceeds 50%.
