The company's commercial model is performance-based; clients pay nothing until results are delivered.
Among the platform's components are an AI receptionist that handles customer calls around the clock, lead qualification and appointment scheduling that also operates 24/7, integrated CRM, AI-powered customer follow-up, e-signatures, invoicing and VoIP phone systems. The product is aimed at service businesses, including roofing and other contracting and home-services firms, med spas and law firms.
The company positions its incentives as aligned with those of its customers, taking payment only when clients see results. Its founders previously built Motion, a company that grew to more than 100,000 customers. Wonderly is backed by Y Combinator and Sam Altman.
