Xavier University is a private Jesuit Catholic institution located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Founded in 1831, it offers undergraduate and graduate education through three colleges, serving approximately 5,600 students. The university provides more than 90 undergraduate majors and 55 graduate programs, reporting a 98% student success rate.
The institution is expanding into medical education with the Xavier University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Ohio's first new medical school in nearly half a century, approved for launch in fall 2027.
