1mind builds what it calls AI-led growth (AILG) platforms: multimodal AI "Superhumans" - autonomous AI sales agents with a face, a voice, and a go-to-market brain. The agents are designed for revenue teams, holding unlimited simultaneous conversations with buyers around the clock. They qualify leads, book meetings, deliver pitches, run interactive demos, handle objections, uncover pain points, build value models, provide support and onboard customers.
The company's product, 1mind Superhumans, combines a face and voice with deep technical and product knowledge drawn from LLM-based go-to-market knowledge systems. The agents integrate into existing workflows - appearing on websites, inside products, joining live calls as active participants, and working alongside teams in deal rooms. 1mind reports that HubSpot saw a 25% revenue lift from its 1mind Superhuman.
The company emerged from stealth with $40m in total funding. Its technical work spans multimodal AI, agentic systems, conversational AI, machine learning and natural language processing. 1mind was founded by Amanda Kahlow, a three-time entrepreneur and former CEO of the unicorn company 6sense.
